
Student Toolkit: How to Tackle Prison Labor on Your Campus
Public universities are much more likely to buy goods made by incarcerated people because they can (and are sometimes required to) purchase directly from Correctional Industries. Private universities may be able to purchase prison-made goods through the PIECP program, but this is much less likely. This toolkit provides background on prison labor and resources for students interested in engaging on the issue.
