The Minister of Interior,

Having perused:Law No. 21 of 2015 Regulating the Entry, Exit and Residence of Expatriates, as amended;

Emiri Resolution No.29 of 1996 on the Resolutions of the Council of MinistersSubmitted to the Emir for Ratification and Promulgation;The Executive Regulationsof Law No. 21 of 2015 Regulating the Entry,Exit and Residence of Expatriates, issued by the Minister of Interior Decree No.25 of 2019, as amended by the Minister of Interior Decree No.92 of 2019;

This draft Decree adopted by the Council of Ministers in its regular meeting no.31 of 2020 held on 19 August 2020;
