Forced child labour: A critical analysis of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s compliance with international labour standards

This dissertation demonstrates that the DRC’s legal system is unable to put an end to forced child labor because of various problems related to the country’s political, social and economic status, including poverty, no-access to education and other social, educational resources. In this case, alternative remedies to eradicate the problem will be discussed throughout.
