Child labour is an unbridled practice in the Ghana cocoa industry. The purpose of this study is to illustrate how businesses may be complicit in the exploitation of children in the cocoa industry in Ghana. The research focuses on the increasing demand for human rights to form a part of the work of multinational and transnational corporations.
