“The foundations of this report are rooted in the claims received by Tamkeen Center for Legal Aid and Human Rights throughout the past year. In addition to pursuing and resolving these claims, Tamkeen’s dedicated staff and volunteers conducted a number of interviews, meetings, and discussions with migrant workers, their employers, other civil society organizations, experts in the field, Unions, various embassies, ministries and governmental departments in order to gain a comprehensive picture of the state of migrant workers in Jordan in 2011 and the first half of 2012.”
