This publication serves to inform members of the public and civil society organisations interested and working in the field of women and children’s rights. It also serves as a guide to the current legislation and laws that can be utilised to protect individuals at risk of being trafficked and to prosecute perpetrators who engage in trafficking of both children and adults.
