Myanmar’s anti-trafficking legislation that aims to prevent and suppress trafficking in persons, in particularly of women, children and youth, and to enable effective and speedy investigation to expose and take action against persons guilty of trafficking in persons and to prevent further trafficking in persons by passing effective and deterrent punishment.
