“Work in Freedom (WIF) is a 5-year programme implemented by the ILO and funded by United Kingdom Department of International Development (DFID) in the amount of 8.3 million GBP. The overall development objective is ‘Women are empowered to make informed migration decisions and an enabling environment is created for their safe migration into decent work.’  The programme focuses on 2 sectors – domestic work and garment work – across 5 countries: Bangladesh, India, Jordan, Lebanon and Nepal.”
