This report, authored by he International Organization on Migration along with the Tunisian government, is an important study on national and transnational human trafficking in Tunisia. Topics include forced labor, sexual exploitation, and domestic servitude. This study also highlights the victimization of children in Tunisia, as well as the exploitation of Libyan migrants after the Libyan crisis of 2011. It is important to note that this study was produced before the creation of Tunisian anti-human trafficking legislation in 2016, and to keep that in mind while reading this report.
